You are allowed to change your username.
You're pretty free to post things like YouTube videos, IM quotes, etc. outside of Spam.
There are modified time cutoffs: For example, the list of active users is based on the last 10 minutes.
Don't ask about ??? yet. Okay, I guess you can NOW...
I'm not as smart as you might think.
