but
were using role=playing features like for example
NITROX72 [COOK] - The quadruple hamburger with horse radish is done
ZONGMASTER- [BAR TENDER] - Who the hell ordered that?!?
DOTC01 - [CUSTOMER] - "reason here"
get it 
we just need a janitor and then we can start
